A high-quality literacy assessment provides detailed information about the specific literacy needs of your child. The results can be used to develop an individualized tutoring plan that effectively targets the skills your child needs for literacy success.
The literacy assessment takes approximately 1 ½ – 2 hours to administer and is divided into two sessions. Once the literacy evaluator completes the assessment with your child, they will write a detailed report with their findings and suggested learning goals. The report will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days (an expedited report is an additional $100 if you need it in less than 5 days) and the evaluator will schedule a 20-30 minute Zoom session to discuss the results and recommendations with you.
Writing can be a source of frustration for many students because it is labor-intensive and requires a high level of organizational skills to pull all of the components together to fully express an idea. Our writing assessment will identify your child’s writing strengths and areas for continued development. These results can be used to develop an individualized tutoring plan that effectively targets the skills your child needs to improve their writing expertise.
